★I ship my pieces to Portugal, Europe, and other countries and the price vary according to location and weight.
★Before shipped, orders are usually prepared within 5 business days. However, this timeframe may vary during busy periods or if I am away. If there are any changes to the processing time, I will reach out to inform you.
★Delivery times depend on the destination and the shipping carrier selected at checkout.
★All orders are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.
★I am not responsible for carrier delays once the order has been shipped.
Returns & Refunds
★I do not accept returns or exchanges, as each piece is handmade and unique.
★Exception: If the item arrives damaged during transit, please contact me within 48 hours of receiving the package and provide clear photos of the product and packaging.
★In case of a broken item during shipping, I can offer you a full or partial refund, depending on the situation of your preference. In the case of a full refund, the damaged item must be returned before we process the refund.
★ In some situations, depending on the item's availability and the customer's location, I may offer a replacement or repair of the piece. This possibility will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
